Graduated in theater, dance and education, Emilie Andrade discovered storytelling in 2010. She performed in national and international festivals (Cuba, Dominican Republic, Iran and Mexico). Studied with great artists such as Gislayne Matos, Dan Yashinsky and Laura Simms who, since 2012, became her mentor. Published her first children’s book in Brazil and in Mexico.
In 2018, moved to a rural area where she wants to build a space for artistic residencies. She believes that in this place she can live closer to the heart of things and therefore improve her work as a storyteller.
