Once, there was an anthropologist who went to conduct research in small village in West Africa. The year before his visit the village had been given the gift of electricity, and every hut had a TV set. When the Anthropologist returned a year later he discovered all the televisions stacked up in an abandoned hut. So he went to see the Head Man.
Anthropologist: What don't you use TV sets?
Head Man: We have a storyteller.
Anthropologist: Maybe, but the TV knows thousands of stories.
Head Man: True, but the storyteller knows us.
