Alastair Horne is a doctoral research student based at Bath Spa University and the British Library, exploring how mobile devices are changing the relationship between author, text, and reader. He also teaches, writes, and talks on publishing, having spent more than a decade working in a variety of roles for Cambridge University Press, on company-wide innovation, audience development through social media, and digital projects in primary education, including Race to Learn, a collaboration with the Williams Formula One team.
