This retreat is for aspiring, emerging and established poets. It is for anybody who wants to develop a clear artistic voice in their work. This retreat will not be focusing on poetry in a literary way. Instead, we will be looking at using poetry as a means to voice our inner being and truth.

Guided meditation, mindfulness walking, writing exercises, creative instruction and sharing.
