You are a myth maker.
We all have a myth living inside us. During this day long workshop, discover how the stories we tell ourselves about what is right and wrong, what is and is not possible about the world, become the way we make sense of our experiences.
You are the embodiment of a living myth, a myth you are constantly creating. Guided by two experienced storytellers, over the course of this day workshop, you will find your myth, exploring archetypes and symbols that live inside of you.
By combining mindfulness practices and promoting self-awareness, you will learn to create your life story and discover underlying patterns in the personal myth. This will allow you to take control of your own myth making.
This unique experience is a chance to look more deeply inside yourself to reveal astonishing stories. At the end of the day you will have discovered and written your own myth.
You will learn:
To be present and centred
To develop increased compassion towards yourself
To become more aware of the story you tell yourself about your life and how this influences your experience of the world you live in
Workshop activities will include:
Guided meditation, mindfulness walking, writing exercises, creative instruction and sharing.
