Tapestry Making

Weave your very own book jacket cover with Agnis Smallwood

Discover how to weave for yourself using a peg loom, and create your very own book jacket cover.

Using the poetry of local legend Tom Twisleton as inspiration, you will design your book jacket, thinking about colours and textures to use in your work. You will then translate your design into a woven piece of cloth, before sewing it together, to take home your very own woven book jacket cover. Don't forget to bring your favourite book along with you to cover.
